Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. Every shipment has a unique tracking number which is generated when we load the shipment into the pick-up vehicle everyday at around 5 PM. The same will be communicated to you latest by 7 PM on the same day.


Where can I track my shipment?

Initially, you will need to track your shipment by visiting FedEx or DHL website. You will soon be able to track it on our website.


What information shall I have while enquiring about the prices?

When you give us a call or send us an email enquiring about our prices you must know:

  • Destination where the parcel is to be sent
  • Approximate weight of the shipment to be sent
  • Contents of the package

What is needed from me to ensure smooth and timely delivery?

We will need the detailed address with pin code and mobile number of the sender and receiver along with one xerox copy of the identity proof of the sender. Identity proof can be either of the following:

  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Aadhar Card

Which geographies do you cover?

We cover almost all countries on the globe including India.


Which items cannot be sent through couriers?

Below is the list of items which cannot be sent:

  • Essence sticks
  • Camphor
  • Liquids

  • Agricultural produce

Can I ship mobile phones or laptops?

Items like mobile phones or laptops can be sent after removing their batteries and also they should be accompanied with following documents:

  • Serial Number of the device
  • Make of the device
  • Non hazardous certificate
  • Frequency certificate
